Terms and Conditions for the “Forklift Efficiency Check” Sweepstake at LogiMAT 2026

1. Organizer

The organizer of the sweepstake is:

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old. Participation is free and not contingent on a purchase. Employees of GLOBE Fuel Cell Systems GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation

Participation requires completing the Forklift Efficiency Check on globe-fc.com and confirming the email address via the double opt-in procedure. Each person may participate only once.

4. Sweepstake Period

The sweepstake begins on March 10, 2026 and ends on March 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM (CET). Entries outside this period will not be considered.

5. Prizes

Among all valid participants, the following prizes will be drawn:

• 1× Apple MacBook Air (value: approx. €1,199)
• 1× Apple iPhone 17 (value: approx. €949)
• 1× De'Longhi Coffee Machine (value: approx. €339)

Total prize value: approx. €2,487.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected randomly after the sweepstake period ends and notified by email at the address provided during registration. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize claim expires and a new winner will be selected.

7. Cash Payout / Transferability

Cash payout of prizes is not possible. Prizes are non-transferable.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected as part of the sweepstake will be processed exclusively for carrying out the sweepstake. For more information, please see our privacy policy.

9. Early Termination

The organizer reserves the right to terminate or modify the sweepstake at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons, if proper conduct cannot be guaranteed.

10. Legal Recourse

Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
